Description
This is the WEEKLY PLANNER format so many people asked us to create and that proved so popular when we introduced it in 2008. This handy version of our fitness improvement journal features a week of color-in modules along the outside edge of each of 52 weekly pages, with additional adjacent lined space to write in appointments or details of daily food intake or workouts.

At 8 1/2" x 8 1/2", it's smaller than our monthly calendar version, but has more total pages (80 vs. 32.) Printed in color throughout. Spiral-bound at the side with a laminated paper cover.

NEW FEATURES not seen in our original calendar version are: fun pages for coloring in special achievements or milestones, a Food Diary Worksheet, motivational sayings, a special section on the new USDA Food Pyramid including a Quick Reference Chart of Daily Calories & Food Groups plus a place to note the specifics of your own Food Pyramid plan, and pages set aside for info and notes on your favorite foods and activities.

Features our uniquely designed daily modules to be colored in with highlighters (your own, or our Zazzle Brights, SOLD SEPARATELY in our online Shop), and works on the same principles as our healthy habit-forming calendar™.
