Description
This is the WEEKLY PLANNER format so many people asked us to create and that proved so popular when we introduced it in 2008. This handy version of our fitness improvement journal features a week of color-in modules along the outside edge of each of 52 weekly pages, with additional adjacent lined space to write in appointments or details of daily food intake or workouts.

Metal spiral-bound version available exclusively in our ColorCodeMode.com online Shop.

At 8 1/2" x 8 1/2", this journal is smaller than our monthly calendar version, but has more total pages (80 vs. 32.) Printed in color throughout. Laminated paper cover is bound at the side with Wire-O.

NEW FEATURES not seen in our original monthly calendar version are: motivational sayings, fun pages for coloring in special achievements or milestones, a food diary worksheet and pages set aside for info and notes on your favorite foods and activities.
